Job Details
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders) to produce parts to specifications.
* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment.
* Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
* Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
* Continuously improve machining processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.
* Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas) is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
