This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the operation of Outside School Hours Care services in Bowen, making a meaningful impact and leading a team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding the development of the service to meet local needs, upholding the Mission, Vision, and Values. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Business Operations Consultants and other experts to support your growth and development.
* Key responsibilities include managing the operation of Outside School Hours Care services, developing strategies to meet local needs, and upholding the Mission, Vision, and Values.
* You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to child safety and wellbeing.
Successful candidates will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification, as well as current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
Other qualifications may be considered if you have relevant experience in child care management software or similar roles.
