Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned account executive with proven experience supporting the Defence sector and Federal Government agencies. Deep knowledge of the Defence vertical, a network of contacts, and the ability to obtain NV1 clearance are required.
Responsibilities
1. Drive sales efforts within Australia's Defence and National Security sectors, focusing on agencies like AFP, DFAT, and Austrade.
2. Manage customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
3. Conduct quarterly reviews and develop new sales opportunities.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions.
5. Collaborate with global teams to sell the platform worldwide.
6. Understand client business drivers and develop strategic account plans.
7. Lead pitches and negotiations, adapting to customer needs.
8. Utilize external partners for solution development and account penetration.
9. Monitor opportunities and forecast accurately in SFDC.
10. Prioritize prospects and pursue high-propensity opportunities.
11. Negotiate contracts and renewals to maximize revenue.
12. Engage in solution selling, including full suite offerings.
13. Utilize industry contacts and partners to expand opportunities.
Qualifications
1. 7+ years of sales experience preferred.
2. Australian Citizen with ability to obtain NV1 clearance.
3. Experience selling to DOD, National Security, or Defense primes.
4. Bachelor's Degree required.
