The role of a Meat Packing Professional involves working with wholesalers and retailers to supply food service companies. As part of the team, you will be responsible for cutting machine operations, picking and packing orders, vacuum-pack machine operations, trimming and traying meats, bagging and labeling, and making various meat products.
