Night Audit Role Overview
Deliver exceptional overnight hospitality experiences for guests.
This role is responsible for overseeing all overnight hotel operations, including reception, reservations, and telephone services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless Front & Back of House experience throughout guest stays.
* Support the Night Manager in ensuring prompt, professional service to guests.
* Handle credit and financial transactions securely, maintaining cashiers' float and preparing accurate daily reports.
* Conduct night audit functions and prepare daily financial reports in collaboration with the finance team.
Requirements:
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol competency card.
* Ambitious team player with ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks.
* Qualifications in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred.
* Computer savvy with strong financial acumen and basic accounting principles understanding.
* Minimum 6-12 months experience in Guest Services/Front Office roles, preferably in hotels/hospitality environments.
