Debt Management Specialist Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Debt Management Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing debtor accounts—monitoring overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and collaborating with external agencies to ensure financial sustainability.
About the Role
This is a part-time opportunity that offers 24 hours of work per week. As a Debt Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers' financial obligations are managed effectively.
Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing correspondence, maintaining accurate records in our systems, and using financial data to track progress and support informed decision-making.
* You will have a strong background in credit management and a genuine commitment to building respectful, solutions-focused relationships with customers and stakeholders.

* You will possess strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and external agencies.
Requirements
* Credit Control Experience: Demonstrated experience in a credit control or similar finance-related role.
* Systems Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
