Job Description:
This role involves managing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media and digital promotions. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing materials and property listing content.
You will also attend client meetings, property inspections, and open homes. Additionally, you will assist with auction day preparation and onsite support.
Schedule and coordinate photographers, valuations, and inspections as required. Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular feedback to the team.
Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and stock levels.
Organise team calendars, client appointments, and internal meetings. Ensure timely communication between clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Keep accurate records and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks.
