The Opportunity
This hands-on graduate role provides the opportunity to work with the latest technologies across a broad range of ServiceNow solutions. As an award-winning ServiceNow partner, Nexon offers mentorship, training, and certifications that accelerate growth while contributing to impactful projects and R&D; initiatives with ServiceNow professionals.
Working directly with clients, you will participate in workshops to capture requirements and design cutting-edge solutions. You will support functional and technical design sessions, contribute to estimates, and ensure client solutions are implemented in alignment with ServiceNow best practices and standards. You will engage with a diverse client base, delivering high-quality outcomes with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
Your Journey Starts With
Degree in Information Technology or Business, or relevant tertiary education and/or recognised industry qualifications and experience
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail with pride in the accuracy and presentation of information
Ability to understand business processes
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills with lateral thinking
Experience in Agile project techniques and the ability to work independently as well as within a large team
A passion to grow as a consultant and learn how to help customers achieve successful outcomes
