Lead Data Manager Job Summary
Take on a key role in our organization as the Lead Data Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
You will work closely with colleagues to collect, manage, and report data. This includes facilitating data collection, managing processes, and ensuring complete data capture.
Develop efficient data capture processes for key data points from partner schools, guaranteeing high-quality data throughout.
Be responsible for promoting high standards of data integrity across the organization, including supporting staff to develop their use of data and undertaking regular data integrity activities.
Work with the Data Insights Manager to administer, maintain, and develop our Salesforce CRM system.
Support the design, delivery, and maintenance of custom reports to facilitate external stakeholder reporting and internal project work across departments.
Collaborate with the Data Insights Manager to act as an expert in data governance and data protection processes, promoting data security and GDPR compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Have two or more years of experience with Salesforce administration, including custom objects.
Experience administering online data capture software (FormAssembly) and managing integrations with Salesforce.
Experience working with complex datasets in Excel, including data cleaning and preparation for import/export or analysis.
Experience generating reports for various stakeholders.
The ability to design scalable, impactful data collection processes and system changes that promote high standards of data integrity.
Project management experience, including creating project plans, gathering requirements, analyzing risks, and managing stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, being proactive in communicating updates and change to stakeholders at all levels.
Able to adapt your communication style and approach to develop data skills in others, including those without a technical background.
A creative attitude towards using technology and automation to improve efficiencies across the organization.
Good understanding of GDPR compliance and processes.

Requirements:
PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization software experience.
Experience working with government education datasets.
Experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (or on track to complete).
Experience working in the charity or NGO sector.
