Overview
The Office of the South Australian Productivity Commission (OSAPC) is seeking an experienced leader to join its Executive team as Director. This is a key role shaping high-quality economic and public policy analysis that supports improved productivity and outcomes for South Australians. As Director, you will lead a team of analysts delivering rigorous research and analysis to support Commission inquiries and research projects. You will foster a high-performing team culture, contribute to organisational leadership as part of the Executive, and play a hands-on role in research, stakeholder engagement and the production of high-quality reports and advice.

Special Conditions
* The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
* The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
* Some work outside of normal hours may be required.
* Some interstate travel involving overnight absences may be required.
* This role requires a National Criminal History check.
