About Our Client
Our client is an Australian owned natural skin, scalp and dental brand helping with lots of different skin and scalp problems and they sell their products throughout the world. From dealing with irritable skin and itchy scalps to natural sun care products and a baby range for the little ones. And most recently, a natural dental range. Their services encompass to make effective products using healthy ingredients, with ongoing growth, they are now seeking multiple pick packers to join their team.
Duties
As a Pick Packer based at the Burleigh Heads depot, you will work on-site on the Gold Coast. This role requires full availability across all seven days of the week from now through to mid-July to support a rotating roster during the peak period. While shifts will not be scheduled every day and you will be working a 5 day work week, flexibility across the full week is essential. Your duties will involve –
* Pick items from shelves or pallets based on order sheets
* Ensure accurate picking of stock
* Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damages during transport
* Verify quantities and items before packing to ensure minimal mistakes
* Label packages accurately with shipping information
* Utilise packing materials efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs
* Responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) that are in place to ensure operational efficiency
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse and packing area.
* Assist in inventory management tasks such as occasional stock take
* Collaborate with other team members to prioritise orders and meet deadline
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and
