What you'll do
* Coordinate program schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
* Maintain project documentation, action logs, and progress reporting for internal and customer stakeholders.
* Facilitate communication between Boeing teams, Defence liaisons, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Support configuration and compliance activities, ensuring quality and safety requirements are upheld.
* Monitor risks and issues, raising concerns and driving timely mitigation actions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardisation.
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated experience in project or program coordination (aerospace, defence, or complex engineering programs preferred).
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable liaising with Defence personnel.
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with project management tools, reporting techniques, and governance frameworks.
