We are seeking an experienced Facilities Professional to oversee the effective operation of our buildings, ensuring a positive experience for tenants and visitors. This role involves maintaining high standards of building presentation and service, managing relationships with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with tenants to deliver exceptional facilities management services.
* Manage service providers and contractors to implement approved works according to established service level agreements.
* Sustain efficient energy, water, and waste practices, aiming for 5-star WHS&E accreditation.
* Collaborate with senior colleagues to maintain efficient operation of all building control systems.
* Efficiently manage and implement supplier services.
Requirements
* Demonstrated expertise in facilities management.
* Working knowledge of commercial building operations and maintenance methods.
* Knowledge of best practices for energy, water, and waste utilisation.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
