Salary Package
* Base salary: $80,000.00
* Superannuation: $9,600.00
* PD allowance: up to $4,000.00 / 4 days PD leave
* Total package: $93,600.00
Highlights of the Grad Program
* Clinic-based role - work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners
* Comprehensive induction - a 2-week comprehensive induction period, with ongoing training and development
* Manageable caseload - a slow build-up in caseload, with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior OTs
* Frequent supervision - weekly 1:1 internal supervision & fortnightly peer supervision
* Professional Development - monthly in-service professional development from senior practitioners

* Paid Parental Leave - up to 12 weeks additional paid parental leave
* More Annual Leave - up to 5 weeks, including a week of Bonus Leave
* More PD - up to 4 days PD leave per year / $4,000 budget + regular in-service PD
* More Clinical Support - dedicated clinic room with calendared 1:1 supervision & fortnightly peer supervision
* More Admin Support - client service team handles admin, including client waitlist and bookings
* More Flexibility - flexible working hours, with option to complete admin work from home

Qualifications
* Full Australian work rights
* Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
* Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
