Wodonga Police Station requires an energetic and dynamic person to work in the full-time position of Co-ordinator/Team Leader. The successful applicant must be willing to work in a team environment at the Wodonga Police Station, have a proven managerial record, be a quick learner, self-motivated and able to motivate others. The role will undertake the management of the recording of administrative files internally and externally as well as the management and recording of seized and lost property. The role reports direct to the station Senior Sergeants and will have some contact and interaction with external stakeholders.

Your duties will include:

* The management of existing VPS Administration staff within the Uniform Section
* The recording of daily correspondence both internal and external
* Sorting of daily mail.
* The administration and management of property seized and found.
* Answering telephone calls.

About You:

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:

* Proven managerial skills and abilities.
* Good computer skills.
* Good organisation.
* The ability to work under pressure.
* Well-developed written & communication skills.
* A proven track record of behaviour and a commitment to the Victoria Police Code of Ethics, Conduct and the Organisational Values This area should outline the skills the preferred applicant will bring with them

Further Information:

* One (1) full time, ongoing positions available, 20020284.
* VPS3 Salary range: $79,122 to $96,073
* Position is located at the Wodonga Police Complex (100 Hovell Street, Wodonga); however, you may be required to work at other locations within the Division/PSA.
* Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
* The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
