**About you**
We are looking for like-minded people who have a bit of sass, a bit of street smarts and love getting to know customers and show genuine care for helping others. So, if you are someone who has a great sense of humour that loves to help our locals and make a difference in the community we want to hear from you! Previous Personal Finance experience not requires. Customer service, attention to detail and computer skills highly regarded.
**About the role**
The key focus of a Personal Finance Operator role is to provide an excellent customer experience whilst providing personal finance solutions. A typical day will include:
- Engaging with customers through demonstrating respect and empathy to build trust.
- Complying with responsible lending guidelines and procedures ensuring loans are in line with policy and legislative requirements.
- Proactively promoting Personal Finance throughout the rest of the store to generate current business.
- Answering any questions about Personal Finance, maintaining an open and honest approach.
- Working towards achieving targets, both individually and as a store.
