An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Assistant Head of Campus to join Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic College in Alice Springs, supporting our Junior Campus.
About the Role at OLSH
The Assistant Head of Campus supports the Principal and Head of Campus, demonstrating a commitment to the growth, development, and well-being of every student. This role is based at the Junior Campus, Bath St, and involves teaching, pastoral care, and campus leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage and manage relief teachers, including lesson allocation and yard supervision rosters
* Serve on the Campus Executive and represent the campus on the College Pastoral and Well-being Team
* Lead pastoral care and act as the contact for behavioural management at Bath St
* Undertake appropriate teaching duties
* Monitor student well-being, uniform compliance, and teaching and learning in collaboration with staff and Head of Campus
* Other duties as directed by the Principal
