We are seeking Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our friendly Team
About the Role
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard, well-presented, and ready on time. You will work as part of a friendly, professional team and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all guests.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new hotel, with opportunities for training and growth within the Quest network.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas to brand standards.
* Make beds, change linen, and replenish amenities.
* Follow hygiene, safety, and infection control procedures at all times.
* Report maintenance issues, lost property, or room discrepancies promptly.
* Ensure cleaning supplies and trolleys are well-stocked and maintained.
* Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and check-in schedules.
* Assist guests professionally if approached during your shift.
* Uphold Quest's brand standards for presentation and service at all times.
What We're Looking For
* Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a must
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management and the ability to meet targets.
* A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
* Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Legal right to work in Australia.
