Diploma or Degree Qualified Early Childhood Educator
We are seeking an experienced educator to join our centre at Gaia's Nest. If you are passionate about children's education and want to work in a dynamic environment where relationships are central to everything we do, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Our centre is set in a native bush environment and guided by renowned educational philosophies. We value children's natural curiosity and encourage them to explore and learn through play-based programs.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with under 5s and hold a Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education and Care. They will also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of early childhood learning principles and have strong communication skills.
