The Role
Collaborate with engineers, specialists, contractors, and labourers, and coordinate their schedules
Attend coordination and progress meetings; make regular trips to sites during construction including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress site visits, punch walks, and construction closeout
Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process
Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and monitor contract obligations with a goal of building relationships with reliable contractors and vendors.
Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions.
Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience
Trade and/or Engineering Certificate preferably in the Electrical industry.
S26 Qualified
Rio Tinto Inducted highly desirable
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in managing high performance teams.
Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
Valid Driver's Licence
Construction Induction Card
High level customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
