The Role As a Site Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of construction on assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. Coordinate construction schedules to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Foster strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members. Maintain a safe and organized job site, adhering to OH&S standards. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction with a QBCC Site Supervisor License Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and regulations. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills. A hands-on, proactive approach to managing site operations. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
