WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence. Acting in line with our values, you'll contribute to your success and that of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
* Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care, and identify and prioritise visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Store Management.
* Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, equipping them to deliver a great customer experience.
* Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
* Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Easily the heart of our business, our stores bring the H&M Group brand to life. You will collaborate with Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office and Delivery teams as well as the wider Area Team to create a welcoming, sustainable shopping environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment, with a solution‑oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of how to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation.
* Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.
* Motivation to create outstanding customer experiences while promoting and driving sales.
* Creative, curious, proactive and flexible with a strong action orientation.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and inspire store teams toward collaborative results.
