Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd, is a distributor of Clark Forklifts, Bobcat Skid Steer Loaders and Excavators, Develon Excavators and Develon Air and Power Generation Products.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts 2IC to join our team at Clark Equipment's Acacia Ridge branch.
This is a hands‐on position focused on staff supervision, customer service, and service department support - ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our Parts Department.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction standards.
This role is ideal for a senior Parts Interpreter or team leader ready to take the next step in their career within a well‐established and respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Parts Manager in supervising and supporting daily team activities
* Deliver high-quality customer service to external customers, internal sales, and service teams
* Accurately interpret and supply parts across multiple brands and product lines
* Liaise with the service department to ensure parts availability and timely repairs
* Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
* Manage order accuracy, supplier communication, and backorder tracking
About You
* Proven experience in parts interpreting and customer service
* Strong leadership or supervisory skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities
* A mechanical or technical understanding of mobile plant, forklifts, or heavy equipment (highly regarded)
* A proactive, customer-focused attitude and commitment to teamwork
* A current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
