The Opportunity…

As an Express Branch Manager, you will work as a part of the corporate team to support and drive the growth of our brand new Arndell Park office set to launch in March.

Working closely with the Express ANZ Sales & Operations Manager and key head office team members, you will be responsible for the daily operations and sales success of a labour-hire recruitment office. You will grow and develop your team while acquiring new business and fostering relationships with key client accounts, changing lives by placing good people into meaningful work.

A typical day as a Branch Manager will include:

* Developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing clients
* Mentoring your recruitment team
* Building a talent pool of placeable candidates
* Managing your P&L
* A hands-on approach to managing the day-to-day operations
* Collaborating with other offices in the Express network.

Our Ideal Person…

Above all else, to be a part of our team you must have people first ethos. Besides this, we would also love you to have:

* 3 - 5 years experience in a senior recruitment team leader role within a labour hire agency
* A track record of developing new business and providing service excellence
* FT360 experience highly desirable
* The ability to work under pressure
* Communicate and influence effectively
* Exceptional time management, organisation and presentation skills
* Boots to dirt style approach to sales
* The ability to lead from the front
* Be able to network and build relationships
* A desire to develop professionally by participating in a tailored manager development plan designed to prepare you for the next step in your career.
