Austcorp Executive is partnering with a global leader in the manufacturing and engineering of materials handling equipment that services the mining sector.
This OEM has achieved significant growth and are actively recruiting for a
**Project & Services Coordinator**. This role supports both technical and commercial activities with special attention to the scope of work development.
**As the Project Coordinator you will be required to**
- Preparing / submitting reports and quotes for all clients with review and develop final refurbishment scopes of work
- Manage job profitability after estimation stage
- Compiling and delivering of on time customer WIP reports and meetings
- Manage customer platforms in support of the Servicing Manager for multiple tier one mining clients
- Tracking and management of contract requirements
- Monitor profitability against completed works under contract agreements as well as other clients as requested
- Manage internal scheduling tools, Daily update of technical services job register and other software tools
- Pronto requirements, checking order processing and staying up to date with job delivery requirements
- Communicate between internal departments and stake holders
- Inspection and review of all incoming service reports and creating detailed scope for estimating. Ensuring jobs are in line with relevant, client specifications and requirements based from purchase order instructions
- Ensure quotes are generated in adherence to company business requirements and customer contracted pricing schedules
**What skillset is required for the job**:
- A minimum of 4 years in a project/service coordination role
- Fixed plant or heavy industry experience highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong ERP system experience (ideally Pronto)
- Experience working in a fast-paced mining, oil & gas or manufacturing environment
