We are looking for a energetic individual to join our welcoming and vibrant community to undertake the role of Receptionist / Administration Support Officer as soon as practicable. Placing students at the heart of everything we do, the successful candidate will be committed to care for the whole person in support of educational best practice.

Responsibilities and duties
- Provide reception and administration support to the college, including front desk and telephone duties with a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Support multiple tasks and projects, with flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Support staff wellbeing and contribute to a collegial workplace.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the Principal or their delegate.
Selection criteria
- A sensitive appreciation for the Catholic ethos of the College.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including professional front desk and telephone manners.
- Flexibility in the workplace, openness to new ideas, and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects.
- Intermediate level with MS Office 365 applications.
- Knowledge of SEQTA is beneficial but not essential.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must have legal rights to work in Australia (e.g., valid work visa or residency).
- Willingness to undertake additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the Principal or their delegate.
- All staff accreditation requirements through Catholic Education Western Australia and a current Working with Children card must be submitted at the time of application.
