Because of our ongoing success, we are in need of an experienced part-time Senior Tax Accountant to assist us with the growth of our clients. We are predominantly cloud based using XPM and Xero as well as using our clients platforms and Google apps.
You will receive support & mentoring as well as many opportunities for further career progression and training.
Role and responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Preparation of tax returns and/or financial statements for individuals, companies, and trusts.
* Preparation of client's accounting books (including Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks)
* Providing assistance in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and researching tax matters where required.
* Build key client relationships, liaise with the ATO and other bodies as relevant and required.
* Manage and develop junior staff members.
The Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* 4 years + Australian tax and business services experience
* Solid technical/compliance skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
