We are currently seeking skilled and motivated IT Field Engineers to support a variety of client environments in Geelong and surrounding locations on an ad-hoc basis. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Experience with desktop rollouts
Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven capability
Knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently and communicate directly with onsite client.

IT Degree, Training, or experience
Strong time management and prioritizing skills
Responsibilities
Provide IT support for PCs, mobiles, printers, AV devices and basic networks
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to end-user devices
Installing and imaging PC devices in a Windows environment
Provide 1st and 2nd level deskside support
Provide hardware support in a data centre environment
Liaise with remote support to resolve issues.
This role is ideal for freelancers, part-timers, or technicians looking to supplement their schedule. Shifts vary depending on bookings and may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
