The Role
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will provide efficient management and operation of the cleaning and laundry services ensuring a safe high-quality cleaning and laundry service to residents and guests in compliance with legislative requirements and ASNZS standards for Laundry and Cleaning Practices.
* Manage all aspects of cleaning and laundry services compliance including legislative requirements and ASNZS standards.
* Provide leadership and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
* Responsible for managing and working within labour costs to achieve budgeted hours, while continuously improving operational processes and practices.
* Manage the ordering, delivery, stock control and storage processes for housekeeping services.
* Communicate regularly with residents and committees to ensure the housekeeping services meet their needs and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

* To lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
