What We Do:
We're the South West's leading shower repair company, specialising in shower re-grouting and silicone replacement.
We focus heavily on providing outstanding customer service in every aspect of the way we work. We have a 21-step customer satisfaction program and a training package to show you how we keep our customers smiling.
Although based in Margaret River, we've adapted our office to be completely virtual so you can work from anywhere, in anything you like (yoga pants and pyjamas totally acceptable). We might be biased, but we're pretty sure we at 'Were All About Grout' have the sweetest jobs out there.
Honestly, the job is not all roses so let's get the bad news out of the way first:
We work with all types of colourful people…like all the flavours of ice cream in the world - we're cool with all the different varieties, race, religion and orientation.
This role is not full-time. We're looking for someone who can join the team with casual hours, flexible enough to grow as we do.
We're a business in motion If you prefer a predictable environment, this may not be the right fit. We're constantly evolving and improving our systems, so change is part of our DNA.

Now let's talk about the good stuff:
You will need to be confident in communicating with people, enjoy receiving and providing guidance and have a respectful empathy towards our customers.
We don't reward good work with more work. That's right, we are 100% focused on efficiency and improving the systems to make our jobs easier.
You will be working directly with our founder, supporting a mix of ideas and marketing campaigns. However, you will be working autonomously - micromanaging isn't our style You will need to have initiative and confidence to make things happen on your own.
We're not big on stress. So, while we will expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and getting things done right the first time. We're not big on double checking your work or having a bunch of back and forth just to get a task done - plus we're not experts in most of the tasks you will be doing, which is why we need you to take charge and get the day's tasks done the best way you know how
The hours are fairly flexible. We will work with your schedule to get a routine that works for you. Our office is virtual, which means you can work from home and adapt your time as required, as long as your daily tasks are achieved. Two long days a week? Short check-ins each morning? No problem. Mid-morning until mid-afternoon? Cool, we can do that too.
Do you like working on your birthday? We don't, which is why you won't either. And you get a day's pay
Our onboarding system will guide you every step of the way, so you'll always know what a successful day looks like and what's expected of you.
Now, let's talk about the position:
Digital Content Creator: You are the creative soul of the business's image, and your primary function is to create an everlasting trust from the very first impression with our customers. You will communicate with external agencies for campaign materials, advertisements, and other marketing resources.
Copywriter and Editing Extraordinaire: Our language is key to creating trust with our customers - talking to our customers and not at them. We don't just sell, we solve problems. You must have an accurate eye for detail, as meticulous editing is a must.
Social Platforms Administrator: You will be the scheduler and custodian of our social media presence, researching all possible places that our demographic hangs out, and engaging directly with future customers on social media.
Digital Support: Assisting with website updates, managing the Google Business page, and Google ads.
Administration Support: Assisting with customer service, organizing files, using our booking platform, and other administrative tasks.
The driving force behind our company is to create an everlasting trust with our customers from the very first impression. This will require you to understand our customer demographic, speak their language, and truly love making people feel heard, understood, and helped.
And, most importantly, have fun at work (who wants a job that isn't fun?).
This is a casual position, 15-20 hours per week. It's a virtual role, so work from wherever you're most comfortable.
