* Previous experience as an industrial electrician or within a related technical field is highly desirable, providing the foundational knowledge to quickly adapt and communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.

* Key Responsibilities include strengthening and managing relationships with existing clients to support long-term strategic goals, re-engaging dormant accounts and developing new business opportunities through proactive engagement, working alongside the operations team to scope and deliver client solutions, identifying and tracking industry trends, emerging markets, and future business potential, and responding to leads generated through marketing and referrals, converting into new business.

Requirements:

* A background in electrical contracting is ideal (industrial electrician or similar)

* Some experience with PLC programming or automation is a bonus

* Proven sales experience ideally within the electrical sector

* Proven experience in client relationship management and solution selling

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

* CRM proficiency and structured approach to sales processes
