Key Responsibilities
o Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure user satisfaction through prompt issue resolution
o Log, monitor, and manage IT requests using service management tools
o Guide users through troubleshooting steps and basic technical support processes
o Maintain accurate documentation, user guides, and support materials
o Provide training and assistance on software and applications
o Identify opportunities to improve service desk procedures and user experience
o Collaborate with technical teams by escalating complex issues appropriate
Essential Requirements
o Prior experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment
o Government experience
o Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
o Ability to manage and prioritise multiple support requests
o A collaborative, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning
o Experience supporting business applications and Windows environments
Bonus: Exposure to or working knowledge of ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
