Factory Hand – Aluminum Windows & Doors
Location: Caloundra, Sunshine Coast
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $32–$35 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
Shift: Afternoon / Evening Shift
A well-established Sunshine Coast manufacturer of aluminum windows and doors is seeking an experienced Factory Hand to join their growing workshop team in Caloundra.
With apprentices already in place, the business is now looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring hands-on experience to the floor.
About the Role
You will be working in a busy manufacturing environment producing commercial and residential aluminium windows and doors. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and overtime available.
Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 6:00pm – 2:30am
* Friday: 6:00pm – 12:00am
* Overtime available when required
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacturing and assembly of aluminium windows and doors
* Use of hand and power tools
* Reading and following job sheets and measurements
* Quality control and finishing work
* General factory and workshop duties
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
* Previous factory or manufacturing experience (essential)
* Aluminium windows and doors experience highly regarded but not essential
* Experience with commercial manufacturing products preferred
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail
Transferable skills from similar industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
