Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, train and support the housekeeping team
• Maintain high standards across rooms, public areas and back of house
• Conduct regular inspections and uphold all procedures and checklists
• Manage inventory, ordering and cost control of supplies and linen
• Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Deliver ongoing training in safety, service and cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hotel policies
• Promote continuous improvement and support business transformation
• Contribute to accurate forecasting, budget achievement and guest satisfaction
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager
• Strong leadership, organisation and time management skills
• Deep knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
• Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience managing budgets, inventory and cost controls
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Resilience, adaptability and a positive approach under pressure
