We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.
Job Description
This role involves providing clinical support to our clinicians, working with diverse client groups and delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
The successful candidate will be required to work 2-3 days per week in clinic, depending on whether the role is full-time or part-time. Travel between clinics for in-person support will be necessary.
Work-from-home options are available.
You will:
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
* Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through observations and standardized assessments
* Interpret findings to set personalized treatment goals
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
* Offer support and advice on environmental adaptations at home, school, work, and residential settings
* Recommend Assistive Technology to enhance independence
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally with diverse client groups
* Excellent communication skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
