Claims Resolution Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Claims Resolution Specialist. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of insurance policies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make sound decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage claims from start to finish, analyzing policy terms and applying sound judgment.
* Communicate effectively with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers to resolve claims efficiently.
* Navigate complex claim escalations and high-value decisions with care.
* Select and coordinate service providers, working with experts such as assessors, builders, and legal specialists.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance claims outcomes.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in property claims or loss adjusting is essential.
* Strata experience would be highly valued but not mandatory.
* The ideal candidate will possess clear, professional communication skills, a curious mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.
* A strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure are also necessary.
* Full working rights in Australia are required.
