Queanbeyan's most Progressive & Innovative Property Management & Sales business seeks a high achiever to join our exciting team as a Receptionist / Administrator.
This position within our team seeks someone who is responsible, has an excellent work ethic, takes all roads to get the job done, good administrative and self/time management skills.
Your duties will include assistance to the Property Management Team this will include such duties as:
* Provide internal staff with professional administrative support, including taking accurate and properly detailed messages, word processing duties, attending to routine correspondence, and when required, preparing written reports
* As the first point of contact for most clients, endeavour to answer telephone inquiries in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner
* Maintain familiarity with office listings, including property advertisements, so an inquiry can be directed to the most appropriate member of staff promptly
* Satisfy ongoing training/professional development requirements and therefore maintain current registration or license
* Handle rental receipts from tenants
* Compile and transact the daily banking
* Collect and distribute daily mail
* Provide assistance in the administration and maintenance of company records
* Take responsibility for ordering necessary office supplies
* Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
* Participate in key result area and key performance indicator review processes to establish areas for improvement
* May also provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales and property management teams
* Type sales appraisals, advertising and market materials, and standard letters
* Day-to-day assistance in the departments.

Essential requirements for this position are:
* A current driver's license
* An interest in real estate and the possible progression to a Property Manager or Sales Associate.
This new addition to our team is only for a person who has great initiative, drive and determination to progress in Property Management or Sales. You will also need a sense of humour and a friendly nature.
Administration experience is preferred; however, a drive to succeed, accompanied by common sense and a willingness to learn, is also a positive. This is an entry-level position for Real Estate, so we are looking for someone who has the passion and goals for the potential of where this position could take them.
