Description


The opportunity

IFYS has an exciting opportunity to fill the role of Administration Officer, within the Quality & Compliance team.

As the Administration Officer to the Quality & Compliance team, you will provide support by ensuring the organisation adheres to industry and organisational quality standards by proof reading and releasing documents.

Key responsibilities

9. Provide timely and accurate administrative support including taking minutes, preparing agendas, reports, presentations and internal communications
10. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of IFYS quality documents
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and records
12. Conduct internal compliance audits and provide support for external audits
13. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation
14. Create and update internal websites to ensure information is current and accessible to staff

Requirements of the role

15. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
16. Well-developed organisational and administrative skills
17. Experience in conducting compliance audits and assessments; preferred but not essential
18. Exceptional attention to detail, with a high level of accountability
19. Good general IT skills, and a high level of computer literacy
20. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word

Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful

21. Valid Queensland Driver's License with no restrictions
22. QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
23. Licensed Care Suitability Check (LCS2)
24. Ability to provide two references from recent employers (including your current line manager)
25. national Crime Check (a new check will be completed through IFYS systems)
