About the Role

Reporting to the National Account Manager we are looking for a proven and high performing Key Account Manager. Putting customer experience first will be in your DNA, but you will be driven to ensure you come up with ways to ensure that choosing RWC will not be questioned.

This will ultimately be to support the ambitious strategic growth objectives we are aspiring to. The role will be accountable for all aspects of the sales cycle and be required to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

* Manage a strategic portfolio of key accounts maximizing sales by effectively planning, scheduling and implementing an account strategy for each key account.
* Development of new business opportunities in line with company sales and marketing objectives.
* Responsible for the development and implementation of specific tactical plans to achieve sales, marketing and product objectives targeted into the key account market segment.
* Produce weekly and monthly sales reports based on customer activity within the region.
* Provide detailed monthly forecasts.
* Track key account customer activity through associated internal tracking requirements.
* Maintain a detailed and accurate database of key accounts.
* Ensure all key accounts product complaints are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner including investigating complaints, proposing solutions and implementing outcomes.
* Contribute to improving overall sales effort by providing timely feedback of market intelligence regarding key account needs, competitor activity, market trends and new products and projects.


About You

You will have 3+ years of field sales experience and bring the highest level of personal integrity and ethics. You will be a great team player and a quick, adaptable learner, with great communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Outstanding customer service, presentation and negotiation skills
* Computer literate particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
* Further education at certificate level or higher in sales, marketing or a related discipline
