Position: Project Manager - SAP
Overview
Responsible for leading the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA on a protected hyperscaler cloud, transforming Finance and HR functions in alignment with NSW Government and PMO policies, standards, and procedures.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations in large-scale corporate environments, including technical migration and customization remediation.
* Deep knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll, with hands-on implementation and support, and ideally experience migrating to S/4HANA Payroll (H4S4 - Core HCM).
* Proven ability to overcome project challenges, meet deadlines and financial targets, and deliver key outcomes while multitasking independently.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with expertise in facilitation, negotiation, and presenting to all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated success in team leadership, motivating high-performing teams, and navigating ambiguity to drive progress.
* Track record of delivering high-quality ICT projects using SAP Activate, modern project management, and application development methodologies.
* Certified in project management best practices, with relevant SAP certifications for ECC to S/4HANA migration.
* Skilled in project reporting, forecasting, and resource estimation aligned with organizational standards.
* Knowledgeable in organizational change management and benefits realization practices.
* Proficient in MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
