This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, bold, curious and enthusiastic **Program lead** who is a natural leader and an effective communicator. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, CFO and Finance Transformation team by communicating the strategic direction of the Finance function, reporting progress and priorities and managing the book of work to ensure priorities are aligned and governance is maintained.

**What skills will you use?**
- Demonstrated Scrum Master experience, ideally within financial services sector
- Ownership and preparation of leadership committee project updates (Steering Committee, Working Group), prioritisation frameworks & risk updates.
- Establish frameworks
- Experience in dealing with accounting and finance stakeholders
- Experience in tech project delivery using Kanban and SCRUM, highlighting process improvements, escalating issues, interdependencies, resourcing requirements
- Familiarity with the Atlassian toolkit, including JIRA and Confluence
- Strong facilitation skills and capability to drive effective team ceremonies including stand-ups, refinement sessions, showcases and retrospectives
- Strong organisation and scheduling skills with excellent dependency management
- Driving the accomplishment of all objectives and goals while maintaining the quality of project deliverables within the scheduled time frame
- Have a passion for Agile mindset, values, behaviours and genuinely feel a sense of pride and achievement when the team wins and improves
- Strong, multi-level stakeholder and relationship management skills; an excellent communicator
- Identifying, communicating and managing both dependencies and risks to delivery
To be successful in the role, you will bring with you demonstrated experience in Finance and Transformation. As you will be delivering the Finance Transformation Strategy, you will be motivated to drive outcomes that will improve the day to day work of Finance teams and their stakeholders. Other skills and experience may include:
- Project governance and reporting, with experience in Project Management Offices (PMO) or Finance Project delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, who drives action
- Strong familiarity with Agile framework and tools used to manage workflow - JIRA and Confluence
