Business Manager / Operations Coordinator | Electrical Services | South West WA - Innovative Energy Systems is a family-run electrical business based in Busselton delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, and residential projects across Western Australia.
We are looking for a proactive, experienced Business Manager / Operations Coordinator to oversee all aspects of our business. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to develop and lead a team, shape processes, and make a real impact while enjoying family-friendly hours.
The Role
You will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and play a key leadership role:
* Oversee all business operations, including projects, administration, and scheduling
* Manage finance processes such as invoicing, payroll, and budgeting
* Coordinate project timelines, rosters, and team logistics
* Lead and develop administrative and project support staff
* Maintain compliance, licenses, and safety documentation
* Implement and improve systems, processes, and procedures across the business
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Support the leadership team in strategic planning and business growth initiatives
