Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Daracon Group
Daracon Group provides effective and integrated civil construction services across the public and private sectors. We deliver projects that consistently exceed the needs and expectations of our Clientele and the Community. As one of NSW's leading civil engineering contractors, joining the Daracon team is not just a job, it's a highly rewarding career with a family-owned company; small enough for you to be treated like an individual but also large enough to explore genuine career progression.
As we embark on new projects and expand our technology footprint, we are looking for a talented individual to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
The IT Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of strategic technology based business projects, while also performing critical business analysis to define requirements and optimise business processes. This unique hybrid position requires both strong project management expertise and the ability to gather, analyse, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies.
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver clear documentation.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
* Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Create and maintain project documentation, including business cases, requirements specifications, functional designs, test plans, and user guides.
* Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders at all levels.
* Oversee project testing and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
* Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
* Champion best practices in project management and business analysis, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

* Proactive and resourceful, with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
* Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
