**About the role**
Your primary responsibility will be to support the overall growth of the company health fund by helping customers with their needs and proactively retaining members. Working under a customer-centric model involving both inbound & outbound calls, you will connect with members and support their understanding of the client's products.
**Duties**
- Connect with new and existing members
- Actively engage members by understanding their needs and value and mitigate any risks/reasons for them wanting to leave
- Successfully create value for our new and existing members by delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, systems and provide feedback where appropriate
- Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong customer service ethos
- Advanced problem solving, communication & organisational skills
- Retention experience
- Health industry experience desirable
- Understanding of compliance and regulative issues
