Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. This role will involve providing timely assistance and support to staff members, participating in the delivery of various projects, and provisioning new equipment.
* This is a critical role within the IT team and is primarily focused on providing 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support to Aspect staff.
* Assist in the maintenance and delivery of Aspect's Information Technology operations.
The ideal candidate will have industry-based certifications, strong communication skills, high-level customer service skills, experience with Office 365, Microsoft Windows server networks, and server and/or desktop virtualisation technologies.
Requirements
* Industry Based Certifications (MCP, MCSE, A+, Security+ etc.)
* Driver's Licence
* 1+ years' experience supporting users in an enterprise environment
* Strong Communication skills
* High Level of Customer Service skills
* Experience with Office 365
* Experience with Microsoft Windows server networks
* Experience with Server and/or Desktop virtualisation technologies
* Working with Children Check clearance (NSW)
* National Police Clearance
