**Little Bang Brewery and Tap Room located in the Eastern suburbs of Adelaide is now looking for their inaugural Marketing Manager**.
As part of SA based Duxton Pubs Group, the states most dynamic hospitality group, you will report to the Co-Ceo's and be a key addition to a small management team that is shrewdly taking their unique craft beers and tap room offerings to the next level of growth and beyond.
While being supported by external graphic designers, and any required e-commerce expertise, you will largely play in the B2C space where you will be collaboratively accountable for the following.
- Developing strategic marketing plans and budgets that effectively build the Little Bang brand
- Generating engaging on-brand content for PR campaigns, social and print media.
- Managing and driving engagement on social media accounts, website, and online store
- Generating artwork and marketing collateral for social media, events, and promotions.
- Managing designers and artists in the label and collateral development process
- Developing and implementing initiatives and promotions in consultation with the executive, sales, and venue teams
- Working closely with the venue and events teams to support the promotion of in-house events and activities
- Developing sponsorship and partnerships opportunities that generate branding opportunities in alignment with the marketing budget/plan.
- Managing and building on the existing membership program including the use of EDMs.
To be considered for this permanent position you will need to have prior experience in a similar marketing role. Naturally you will bring to the table a style and interpersonal and communication skills that fits within a passionate, high energy yet informal craft beer setting.
It is assumed you will have a strong understanding of analytics necessary to drive and inform consumer engagement and activities. Your other technical attributes will include demonstrated graphic design ability and experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop / Illustrator). While some prior experience with e-commerce may be favourable it is not essential.
Marketing related tertiary qualifications will be viewed favourable but are not as essential as your knowledge of and interest in the craft beer industry.
