**Description**:
The purpose of this position is to support and provide personalised customer service to both internal and external clients. The position acts as the first point of contact for incoming calls, queries and face to face visitors to the business. A further substantial part of the role is to provide administrative assistance to all staff and ensure smooth operations of the business unit.
Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for providing all round support to the Bid team in writing, editing and reviewing tender reports, and previously written content. Within this fast-paced environment, you will be required to manage multiple tasks at any given time, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring the final submission of high-quality bid documents. You will source and compile company content as well as review and format tender documents ensuring accuracy and strong brand compliance.
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Advanced MS Office skills and proficiency of advance level in Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good drafting, proofing and editing skills
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position would be advantageous, training will be provided
- A mature attitude, fast learner and proactive
- Strong organisational skills and time management capabilities, being able to work under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Excellent personal skills, well-spoken and presentable
- Ability to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate initiative
