The successful candidate will have prior experience in managing construction sites, strong project management skills, and a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
* Scheduling trades and subcontractors on site to ensure efficient project progress
* Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety regulations
* Maintaining quality standards throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
* Liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service
* Managing project finances effectively

* Previous experience in construction management in Victoria
* Strong ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
