We're seeking a proactive and highly organised Client Services Manager and Executive Assistant to join Team Grbcic in our Commercial Sales department at Kollosche.

This role demands a high level of administrative expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Task and database management through Agentbox
* Managing the administration and marketing of property campaigns
* Liaising with suppliers and vendors
* Managing prospect lists for agents in Agentbox
* Organising calendars and travel arrangements for agents
* Assisting in executing the team's business and marketing plans
* Preparing and managing Form 6a's and contracts
* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Sales campaign and auction preparation
* Preparation of marketing and listing presentations
* Preparation of commission invoices (via Xero)
Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
* Effective collaboration within a team and ability to work independently when needed
