Maintenance Supervisor - Mobile Crushing (5:2 Kalgoorlie residential role)
Founded in 2017, Axis Mineral Services Pty Ltd ('Axis') specialise in mobile crushing & ore sorting services for all requirements in Mining, Milling, Processing and Civil applications. Axis are currently running crushing circuits, ROM Management and general site works operations across a number of projects in the Goldfields regions, within the Mining and Civil Construction sectors.
Axis Mineral Services is growing — and we're looking for experienced leaders to join our mobile crushing operations across the Goldfields. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our rapidly growing business based at our Kalgoorlie yard.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Trade Qualified as Heavy‑Duty Diesel Mechanic;
* Terex Finlay, CAT and Komatsu experience preferred;
* Mobile Crusher knowledge and expertise;
* Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and air systems;
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Demonstrated ability to work safely;
* Experience working in a mining environment;
* Good time management and work prioritisation skills;
* Ability to work in and lead a team;
* Current Drivers licence;
* Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical; and
* Have or be able to obtain a National Police Check
Responsibilities of the role:
* Conduct, co‑ordinate and plan maintenance of primarily Terex Finlay, McCloskey, CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi plant and equipment;
* Perform regular inspections of plant and equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory and Axis requirements;
* Effectively manage equipment repairs and rebuilds through tracking time and spend using MEX maintenance system;
* Provide leadership, technical direction and mentoring to overall maintenance team;
* Contractor management, ensuring subcontractors are managed in an effective manner to achieve maintenance objectives whilst adhering to Axis and client HSET requirements; and
* Partnering with Operations to ensure maintenance activities are aligned to production targets and plans.
